I keep getting Saag confused with paneer – paneer is cheese whereas the saag has tofu in it. I’m quite fond of paneer.

I keep garam masala around the house as a low-heat curry. The stuff’s delicious. I use it in several recipes, though none are coming to my mind at the moment. There’s at least one recipe where I mix half garam masala and half hot curry. I get mine from Penzey’s.

I read here that you got most of your cooking tips for this recipe online. Do you have any unique, healthy meals that you have prepared and created on your own? If you do, you should enter them into this cooking contest that’s coming to Cleveland on September 25-26th..it’s the Aetna Healthy Food Fight. You can go to healthyfoodfight.com for more details, but the deadline for Cleveland is September 8th. I don't believe they do a dinner buffet. My suggestion is find another couple to do dinner with and order a bunch of dishes and share! The other option is to upgrade completely and make a reservation for the next Indian dinner at Fire Food and Drink. They do an amazing dinner that is served family style and is the perfect combination of amazing food and experience! Jamie

Do you know if they do a dinner buffet? I’ve been looking for one since I moved to Cleveland two years ago! I love Indian, but my boyfriend has never really had it. I want to expose him to a buffet so that he can sample several dishes at once.

Thanks for sharing the recipe! We love pesto as well, and are always looking for new recipes. Our freezer is full of it right now- it’s a lovely sight that I will miss in December.
